James T Williamson
Mr Williamson has been a licensed general contractor for more than 35 years. His real estate development expertise includes virtually every aspect of real estate construction and development.
Including land use development, single and multi family construction, and commercial hi rise and bridge construction.
He is the founding partner of 5 Star developers, establishing the company in year 2000. He has been responsible for building more than 300 single and multi family projects totaling more than 3 million square feet and for developing over 2,000 acres of land all valued at more than $1 billion.
His professional credentials include a Licensed General Contractor, a licensed land use developer, a certified storm water management inspector, a licensed hi rise, bridge and seawall contractor and a member of Florida Builders Association.
Brad Vida
Mr Vida has been a leader in the residential real estate industry for more than 35 years. He is highly specialized in the single family and multi family sectors. His involvement includes personal investment and ownership, development, construction, acquisitions, apartment “value add” and redevelopment, condo conversions, appraisals and finance.
For 12 of those years he was involved, as Managing Director of Florida Acquisitions, in the roll up of Paragon and Aimco, two major national apartment Real Estate Investment Trusts that traded on the New York stock Exchange. Aimco became the largest apartment REIT in the country, owning and operating more than 400,000 apartments nationwide including 135 complexes in Florida alone
His personal total dollar volume of transactions includes the disposition of over $2.8 Billion in single and multi family residential real estate which encompasses more than 200 single and multi family properties and 20,000 units
Mr Vida earned his BS degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and American University , Washington DC. He has served on the advisory board of several lending institutions. His professional credentials are as a licensed real estate broker, licensed mortgage broker, a certified review appraiser, a certified mortgage underwriter and a registered pension fund advisor.
